Not much is known about him except that he was the last king of the unified Serdio until his murder at the hands of his brother Doel, that Albert believed he was a good king loved by his people, and that Doel believed him to be weak and incompetent. His death marked the beginning of a new chapter for Serdio as it would be split in half in a civil war that would last two full decades. </div>

He rose to power after killing his older brother, "to save Serdio from an incompetent leader named Carlo." Emperor Doel was intent on conquering all of Serdio, declaring that to that end, he was willing to sell his soul to the devil.  Emperor Doel had a wife named Katrina, who died during the war to unknown cause. Doel was also in posession of a Dragon in his castle, which can be seen on one frame with researchers standing around it.  It is unknown why this dragon was not used in battle, but it's possible that it either was not fit for battle, or merely that Doel felt its place as a research subject was more important. Soon after Doel killed Carlo, he went to the Home of Gigantos to fight the bandits that were killing the Gigantos. The fact that The Commander believed in Doel, and claimed he only became bloodthiursty after a mysterious figure began to pull at his strings, giving further credence to the idea that Doel's intentions, if not his actions were good. However, two decades ago, Doel Siezed power and split the country in half by murdering his brother, the then King of Serdio, and declared himself the Emperor of Serdio.  This tore Serdio in half, and began a civil war that would last 20 years. Fruegel, the Head Warden at Hellena either had military rank, or has sway over the commander in charge of acquiring Shana. The settlements of Sandora include Kazas, the Capital which is home of the Black Castle; Lohan, which is a commerce town which has remained largely untouched by the war possibly due to it being critical to both sides for trade; and Hellena Prison, led by Head Warden Fruegel, which appears to be the highest security prison in the world.

Tiberoa is the central country in Endiness, directly connecting each other nation, From North and South Serdio, Mille Seseau (via Illisa Bay), and even he Death Frontier. It is governed by King Zior and his two daughters, Princesses Emille and Lisa. In terms of climate, it is mainly arid desert, though its northern city of Donau has had a successful vegetation project that has brought a great deal flora in the area local to the city. A similar effort has begun around the Capital, Fletz. Tiberoa also technically contains the town known as Home of Giganto on the map, though it is occupied entirely by bandits now and is not in any way governed by Tiberoa, as it is on the other side of the Valley of Corrupted Gravity, and bordering the Death Frontier. <br/> <br/> Tiberoa has a culture heavily based around the stars, with particular emphasis on Astrology, which in this universe, is tied with Astronomy as it was in our world, centuries ago. Much of the aesthetics, naming conventions and decorations in Fletz and the Twin Towers are based around the celestial sphere, including the sun, moon, and stars.  

 

Tiberoa has recently had an extreme influx of bandits that have become more bold in both Fletz and Donau. Fletz is also the country that is the most opena bout their divine Moon Object. While both Serdio and mille Seseau are highly secretive about theirs, Tiberoa incorporates it into their open public Coming of Age Ceremony, passed on to the next generation when the heir apparent turns 20. However it is also the only country that we do not learn where its Moon Object is stored. <br/> <br/> Tiberoa is the birthplace of Kongol, who was born in the Home of Gigantos.

Mille Seseau is led by Queen Theresa from the Crystal Palace In Deningrad, alongside her four adopted daughters, Miranda, Luana, Wink, and Setie, who are known as the Sacred Sisters as they are not princesses. As a northern country, it has the coldest climate compared to the other current human countries. It contains within it Three large cities; Deningrad, Furni, and Fueno, as well as two smaller towns, Lidiera, and Neet. It is the only country with a separate inhabited island network. <br/> <br/> Mille Seseau hosted the most recent appearance of the Moon Child and Black Monster, as Princess Louvia was tracked through Neet and then to a Royal hip, where the Black Monster killed her and the crew onboard. Mille Sesau is also the resting place of the King of Dragons, the Divine Dragon, at Mortal Dragon Mt. It is also the resting place of the Fallen Tower of Flanvel, which was the flagship and tomb of The Magician Faust (second in command to the great wingly Dictator Melbu Frahma, during the Dragon Campaign) as well as the vault for the Moon Mirror, Mille Siseau's precious Divine Moon Object. <br/> <br/> Mille Siseau is the Birthplace of Dart, Shana, and Meru, who were born in Neet, Deningrad, and the Forest of Winglies, respectively. </div>
