<p>Seles is a small village in Southern Serdio. It is the hometown of Shana, and the town Dart spends the rest of his childhood in after his original hometown, [[Neet]], was destroyed by the [[Black Monster]]. Seles is nearly destroyed in the beginning of the game when Sandoran soldiers, being led by a [[Hooded Man]], attack and raid the village in search of Shana. Plot
The beginning cut-scene takes place in Seles as it's being destroyed, with Shana being kidnapped at the end.
After Dart escapes his run-in with Feyrband, he makes it back to the village of Seles. He's taken by surprise to see Sandoran soldiers within the town. He stops a group of them from beating up an old man, but soon finds that he is too late to save the rest of the village.
