Dragoon Doel

Doel is the self-proclaimed ruler of Serdio, and the Emperor of Sandora, located in South of Serdio. He rose to power after killing his older brother, "to save Serdio from an incompetent leader named Carlo." Emperor Doel was intent on conquering all of Serdio, declaring that to that end, he was willing to sell his soul to the devil. Emperor Doel had a wife named Katrina, who died during the war to unknown cause. Doel was also in posession of a Dragon in his castle, which can be seen on one frame with researchers standing around it. It is unknown why this dragon was not used in battle, but it's possible that it either was not fit for battle, or merely that Doel felt its place as a research subject was more important. Soon after Doel killed Carlo, he went to the Home of Gigantos to fight the bandits that were killing the Gigantos. This was where Doel met Kongol as a child, and brought him back to Serdio with him.

While it seems that Emperor Doel near the end was viscious and hateful, it is possible that his intentions were not entirely misplaced. He seemed to believe that he was saving Serdio from an incompetent leader named Carlo. The Commander of the Sandora also seemed to be a good man, who helps the party out in an effort to stabilize the land and end the war, and even went on to become a very well respected mayor of Kazas. The fact that The Commander believed in Doel, and claimed he only became bloodthiursty after a mysterious figure began to pull at his strings, giving further credence to the idea that Doel's intentions, if not his actions were good. Further evidence is presented in his trip to Home of Giganto, which we don't know much about, but he was fighting bandits, and he gained the genuine trust of Kongol, who believed that Doel aimed to create a world where all species lived equally.

Abilities

Bosses act primarily according to a set of "if → then" rules and may change behavior depending on player input. Conditions are criteria, if any, that must be met in order for a Boss to take a particular action on its regular turn. When there are multiple eligible actions that a Boss can take, the Boss will select one of those actions at random. Bosses will perform an action in italics immediately, ignoring turn order, as soon as its conditions are met in addition to the Boss' regular turn.
