Bale is the capital of Basil, located at the northern tip of Northern Serdio. The buildings are mostly brick and clay, very reminiscent of European renaissance styles. The streets are bustling with people, and every type of shop service can be found. Indels Castle is located in the western part of the city, its elegant spires rising from the waterways below. Ruling over the capital and the kingdom is King Albert.
