The Garbage Man is a character who manages waste disposal in Kazas.
The waste drops down from tubes in a sort of spherical shape. It will randomly fall somewhere on the platform, with a chance to knock out Dart if he is close enough. Dart must hurry across the platform without getting hit, because once the platform is full of trash the Garbage Man will pull a lever that drops the waste to a lower level. On approaching the Garbage Man, he will comment that it's dangerous and entry is not allowed despite compliments of bravery. He says he only has garbage, but Dart can make himself at home.
