Situated on the southwestern coast of Serdio, Kazas is the capital of the imperial nation of Sandora. The town houses nervous residents and fearful revolutionaries, while the Black Castle holds the greatest powers of the Sandoran military. All of this sits squarely in the grasp of Emperor Doel.

There is a single save point in Kazas. To use it you must say no to Popo the first time he asks if you are prepared. After saying yes to him you are locked out of returning from where you came, until you complete the subsequent dungeon.

Collectibles
There are six pieces of stardust in Kazas. Three in the buildings of the strip mall style entrance, and three in the resistance camp buildings. The Twister Glaive is a weapon for Albert, in a chest. The Heat Blade for Dart is available for purchase at the weapons shop. These weapons deal wind and fire damage respectively, making them very strong against enemies of their opposing elements, earth and water.
