The Barrens are a rocky desert area in eastern Tiberoa. The area serves as a bridge between Fletz and the rest of the region as the party continues their search for clues on Lloyd's location.

Story

Quickly after arriving in the Barrens, the group is stopped by a couple of bandits in the Gehrich Gang. After laughing at the group and threatening them, the leader Mappi attacks the party.

After the fight, Mappi swipes away Dart's Dragoon Spirit and flees. The party decides to continue on their search for both Lloyd and the stolen Dragoon spirit.

The northern area of the map leads to Flower City Donau, while the western area takes the party to the Valley of Corrupted Gravity.
