Tiberoa is the central most country in Endiness, neighbored by Serdio to the southeast and the Death Frontier to the west. It is also bordered by two seas: the Illisa Bay to the north, and the Aquaria Coral Reef to the south. While much of the land is arid with barrens, wastelands, and ruins, the northern city of Donau is verdant with flowers and greenery. One mountain range runs along the southeast, acting as a natural border with most of Serdio, while another acts as a boundary to the Death Frontier to the west. Far to the north lies Midlake, a large lake completely enclosed by land with a large island at its center.
History
Founded ~11,000 years ago after the events of the Dragon Campaign, much of Tiberoa's history is relatively unknown. At some point, handing down the Moon Dagger to the next heir on their 20th birthday became an established tradition. Over twenty years ago all gigantos save for one were murdered by humans despite the efforts of the Serdian military led by Doel. ~6 months ago, a sea dragon appeared in Ilisa Bay, preventing safe travel between Mille Seseau and Tiberoa. At the same time, a bandit gang known as the Gehrichs formed a conspiracy with an imposter posing as the heiress to take over the country. Expanding from their hideout in the ruined Home of Giganto, the Gehrichs grew bold enough to prowl the streets of Fletz at night and openly terrorize the city of Donau even during the day. After stealing the Red-Eye Dragoon Spirit from the Dragoons, they were tracked down and their leader was slain. While his death led to the disbanding of the Gehrichs, the fake princess was still able to steal the Moon Dagger despite the true princess being rescued and the plot being revealed. After the Dragoons tracked down the imposter, who possessed a Dragoon Spirit and was controlling the sea dragon, they slew her and the dragon. Although the Moon Dagger could not be recovered, the destruction of the bandits and sea dragon brought peace to the region. Zior, the King of Tiberoa, enacted a new tradition of passing down their legend to replace handing down the Moon Dagger.

Citizens under Zior's rule tend to live comfortably, although the influx of bandits has led to widespread tension and unhappiness. Despite Donau sending a report of bandit presence and damages, no response was offered after an entire month had passed. Whether this was due to Zior's refusal to act, the report being intercepted, or some other reason is unknown. In either case, Donau has been left virtually defenseless as the Gehrichs extort businesses, harass passerby, and mostly do as they please. In the case of Fletz, bandits seem to only come out at night so Zior has ordered a curfew for the citizen's safety while guards patrol the entrance. However, despite these measures bandits still make their way into the city streets, with people only truly safe behind locked doors.
Zior's daughter Emille is next in line to the throne, while her younger sister Lisa is second in line. It is said that women born to the royal line of Tiberoa inherit the talent of astrology: the ability to divine the future based on the position of the stars. Centralized around this power, Fletz's architecture, furniture, jewelry, and religious practices incorporate iconography of the sun, moon, and stars. The local church even possesses a planetarium, built so that the holiness of the stars may be experienced at any time. Prayers to the stars are a common sight at the church, although the priest does teach that Soa created the stars along with everything else. A passionate gardener is attempting to make the inhospitable soil of the city fertile like in Donau the flower city.
Despite being the only other city on the mainland, Donau has no apparent interest in the stars despite their importance in Fletz. Instead their culture is based on the city's namesake: flowers. While not considered sacred or prayed to, their vibrant colors and greenery can be seen in every home, on every street, and woven into the very architecture of the buildings. The local church encourages people to persevere in the face of hardship, serves as a wedding venue, and teaches that there are multiple gods.

There is a discrepancy between the World Map, which marks Suncrest Island, Prison Island, and the island of Lidiera as territory of Mille Seseau, and the citizenry living there being almost exclusively Tiberoan. Additionally, one citizen's remark placed Mille Seseau, "north of Illisa Bay," and Lloyd's parting words when fleeing from Prison Island suggest the same.
Islanders have dramatically different amenities depending on where they live. Those in Fueno benefit from a hot spring known to heal illnesses, market stalls selling a wide variety of goods, and a resort style hotel. As the intersection between Tiberoa and Mille Seseau, traffic at the trade port is normally very high. However, the sea dragon's appearance ~6 months ago has stopped almost all boats from crossing Illisa Bay, stalling the city's economy. Lidiera on the other hand is a small fishing village with so few people living there that clinics, hotels, and markets don't exist. Instead, residents must travel through the Undersea Cavern to Fueno in order to sell their goods or receive medical treatment.

Trivia
- Zior was said to have started acting strangely around the same time Emille was replaced. While this is somewhat attributed to stress, possibly from the bandit crisis and his daughter's dramatic shift in personality, it may also indicate some other factor was influencing his mind such as magic. This strangeness may account for the discrepancy that although he used to be a warrior of great renown before becoming king, he had an incredibly tame and ineffectual response to the bandit crisis.
- While unknown if Zior was king at the time, it is odd that Doel and the Serdian military were the ones attempting to protect the gigantos when the location of the attacks was on the far side of another country's territory. Whether the Tiberoan royalty could not or would not act is unknown, but it is unusual for military powers of foreign nations to be allowed to act as they please. One possible answer is that the military strength of Tiberoa was too weak to oppose Doel's forces, while another is that they were in support of his intentions and granted him passage.
- Kongol was born in the Home of Giganto.
