Weapons

Weapons can be found throughout the world. Some are located in chests, others in shops, and some have a rare chance of being awarded for defeating minor mobs and bosses. In general, all weapons found throughout the story will either have increased attack compared to a party member's current weapon, or provide some kind of alternate use (increased SP gain, elemental damage, status ailments, etc.). In Legend of Dragoon, all party members use a signature weapon type unlike some other RPGs. For example, Dart always uses a type of sword while Kongol will always use an axe. The tables below provide a full and complete list of known ways to acquire each weapon.
