This week, the Discord branch of the global Legend of Dragoon community will be taking part in Project Blurple! It’s a week-long celebration to give recognition to Discord for being a fun, accessible platform for thousands of online communities!
Discord turns six on May 13th so from the 7th to the 14th, our server will be altering its icon to be Blurple (Blue-purple) coloured! If you’d like to join us, we encourage everyone to get in the party spirit by changing their user icons as well!
Discord provides us with a space to gather, share knowledge, and build community completely free of charge. Project Blurple believes this is worth celebrating so for the past four years they have been hosting this online festival! We agree with them 100%!
Project Blurple are planning several activities and events, including a list of servers who are participating and a special combined paint canvas of all of them! (They even have Blurplifier Bots that can help you change the colour palette on your user icon!) You can visit their homepage or join their Discord by following the links!
