Last week we started a Legend of Dragoon art event to test the waters and see what fans would come up with. The subject was Plos, an unremarkable character who survives the raid on Seles at the beginning of the game. It seemed suitable to have a humble beginning like that for our first art event. As it turns out, a few of the submissions are really surprising takes on the elder villager! Let’s take a look:
A pencil drawing from Priest90. Dart is kneeling down to check on Plos after helping him rest aside a ruined building. Plos asks if Dart will bring Shana back, and is visibly tired.
This piece by SafiScores depicts Plos with big eyes and face wrinkles. There is even some special detail given with ear hair!

TheDataElemental came up with a rendition of Plos in Dragoon form! Didn’t see that coming. The ability “Seles Wind” sounds pretty cool, fighting in the name of his home. Also, note the depiction of a staff as an equipped weapon!
Finally, we have a special rendition from Kwame H. They decided to try recreating Plos in a game all about loss and despair: Elden Ring. The character creator is decently powerful at creating characters from other fictional universes, and even some of the equipment can match Legend of Dragoon’s aesthetic.
